Each summer we learn a programme of less formal music. It is an opportunity for us to try out something different – shorter pieces and music in different styles. We also invite non-members to come and sing with us.
This year we will be making a musical tour of Europe, with a selection of short pieces taken trom the well-known European Sacred Music Songbook edited by John Rutter.
Come and try us out! We invite non-members to join us as guest singers for this summer programme. No audition is needed but some experience of choral singing will be helpful, and you should be able to read music. Find out if you enjoy singing with us and if you do you can join as a full member at the start of our next season in September.
We will be rehearsing each Monday from April 28th through to our concert on Saturday June 21st, plus two Wednesday rehearsals. Rehearsals will be at St Andrew’s Church, Shottery, from 7:30pm to 9:15pm. The full rehearsal schedule is here:

The fee for singers is £44 which covers participation in rehearsals and in the concert on June 21st.
